Mareike Bahn, M.A.
studied paedagogy and German as a foreign language at Heidelberg University. After that she was involved in various projects at the Institute of Educational Science of Heidelberg University, including a cooperation project with the Ministry of Education and Cultural Affairs as well as with various practitioners. Her research interests lie in the fields of migration, language training as well as counselling relating to education, career and employment.
After working in organisational counselling, Mareike Bahn took over as executive director of the Real-World Laboratory on 15 September 2017.

Dr. Monika Gonser
studied sociology after having trained as an interpreter for Russian, and worked for many years in the field of international cooperation and university administration. Her research interests lie in the field of migration and comparative employment relationships.
